Drive through, U-shaped driveway brings you to the back of property which makes for easy drop off of equipment. Plenty of parking for food trucks et. on site.
Across the street is a church familiar with film crews for additional parking and dining. No need for street parking permits.
House was built in 1910 and still has lots of original character but has had some updates in keeping with the charm. Spaces opened up. ie wall removed for an open kitchen/dining room. Very large master bedroom. Bedroom balcony and other interesting shooting angles.
Owners are very easy to work with.(so we've been told. lol.)
