We have a very cute, charming, brick and wood house in the foothills. The inside is more modern feeling, but the outside feels rustic and like a cabin almost. There is plenty of street parking with no limit and we are not in a flight path. There are tons of trees and a mountain right behind the house. It feels like Ojai, but is right next to burbank! It could easily play for anywhere in the USA. Also- there are no sidewalks which also feels very much like the countryside.
