There is a TV room, casual sitting room, formal sitting room, dinning room, and a kids room with sofa, tv and built-ins. There is also a small closet under the stairs. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and master bedroom ensuite. The bedrooms are a nice size as well. Third floor has a desk, built in sink, refrigerator, and roomy bathroom. There is also a kids play area and a guest room with built-ins. The house gets plenty of light when there is no overcast. There are many window in the house which adds character. It has nice flow from room to room on the first floor, and nicely trimmed windows and doors. There is no overnight parking allowed on Chicago Avenue. However, you can park around the corner with permission. I also have a space in the alley next to our garage. There is also a 2 car garage that can possibly be used.
