A traditional looking Toronto semi-detached brick house at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a new modern open kitchen, modern bathroom, with a small but well designed courtyard backyard featuring a large cherry tree, and bouldering wall, as well as a 13'x18' office/studio in the garage. Basement is fully finished, well lit bedrooms with built-in closet units.
Right across from the Canadian opera company’s set building shop. They have a small parking lot, and if a crew needed parking off the street, I’m sure they could arrange a parking agreement with them. Otherwise there is just street parking.
