Our 1,000 square foot studio is ideal for your next offsite meeting! Located on the street level just steps from the Southport Corridor in the Lakeview neighborhood, the studio has a modern, yet artistic aesthetic. The decor is constantly changing but the exposed brick wall and natural light are sticking around. We are a venue that comfortably seats up to 30 seated or 50 standing. Maximum occupancy is 50.
The studio is perfect for a variety of events: workshops, photo shoots, filmings, pop-up shops, parties, offsite meetings, interviews, screenings, art galleries, bridal and baby showers, and any other meeting or creative celebration you can dream up. We do not have any catering restrictions.

- Free parking on Irving Park, metered parking on Southport, and free parking on side streets pending baseball season.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
