Maple Syrup Farm - 36 Acres

Feature a maple syrup farm - a unique piece of Canadian country living or replica of Vermont like goodness. Our tin roofed, wood sided barn like country home rests on 36 acres. A well built house with pine wood floors features an open concept main floor with open kitchen and a second floor with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We have a walkout basement. (interior photos upon request) We own 5 outbuildings including a maple syrup sugar shack - with boiler, containers and tin buckets for 100 maple trees. We have wood sheds with cords of wood and a container which used to house a wood working shop. We also have a garden shed and tractor shed. Most outbuildings have electrical. Our home is available for day or extended day shoots with 2-3 week notice. The house itself is 3 storeys with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (on septic) with well water servicing. We have a large driveway which could accommodate 5 or 6 cars. Our own rules - no smoking in the house, no pets (we have one) and respect to any fire bans in the area (no outside fires if there is a ban), limited to reasonable water usage. Bathroom usage respects septic rules.
