In need of some cosmetic work so will be suitable for an old, rundown, dilapidated, or abandoned setting, or also can be cleaned up for the grand plantation house or estate feel. Stained glass in many parts; very large ballroom and many original features including massive stone fireplaces and also a white marble fireplace in the master bedroom. Large sunroom patios attached to two upstairs bedrooms. Gigantic yard with rundown tennis court and mature trees; faces the Niagara river which is lined by many trees and has incredible views. Circular driveway, brick well, and outdoor firepit.
