HOUSE:
The 4500 square foot house is located up on hill, with views for miles. The long driveway sets it long off the road, in a quiet area, with no visible neighbours. Newly renovated with vintage light bright hardwood floors throughout. Stunning customized white kitchen with quartz countertops, wood archway, fluted island, pantry, great room, sofa, wood burning stove and all new modern appliances. 6 bedrooms, with beautifully made linens, duvets and linen curtains. Simple, gorgeous hygge style decor.
TREEHOUSE :
An adult sized modern treehouse with queen bedroom loft, kitchenette, sofa, fireplace, porch, with views over the fields, pond and golf course.
CABIN:
Nestled in the same forest as the treehouse, the cabin has a queen bed in the loft, wrap around bench seating, kitchen, stove, mini fridge, dining area, sofa in open space living room with gas fireplace.
laTREEn BATHROOM:
The cabin and treehouse share a bathroom (in its own building). Shower, toilet, live edge counter and sink and reclaimed hardwood floors and walls.
POOL :
The pool is built within a stone wall foundation. The stone walls were once the foundation walls of a barn on the property. We rebuilt the walls, installed the pool, flagstone, timberframe has a kitchen area, bar, fireplace and lounge seating.
OUTHOUSE :
The pool has a modern style of outhouse, with running water. Clean, white and picturesque (yes, even for an outhouse)
POOLHOUSE :
The pool house houses the pool equipment but is also converted to a laundry room / storage space. Open shelving, with sliding doors, concrete island top, painted concrete floors and views to over the golf course and pool.
BARN :
Exterior of barn is ideal for shooting. It is beautifully maintained, and landscaped.
