Welcome to a spacious top floor, sunny Condo, easily accessible just off of 95/395.
Inside you will find an almost 800 square feet bright open floor plan. Enjoy great natural light, large living area with TV, dining area that seats 6, fully equipped kitchen with gas range, one full bath (with tub/shower combo), Main bedroom with Queen size bed, secondary bedroom can be used as a office or den, apartment size washer/dryer combo, wood parquet flooring and large balcony.
All areas of the unit can be used and can be set up as needed with different furniture arrangement and layout. Typically set up as a fully furnished condo and Main living has a pull out sofa if needed. Please let us know how you would like to use the space and we can provide furniture options or have furniture removed so you can have a blank canvas. With furniture the space can accommodate 15 people and without furniture up to 20 for production shoot with equipment.
We have enjoyed accommodating all types of guests from all over the world and look forward to hosting you for your next photo shoot, video, web series, cooking show, fashion shoot or commercial.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
