You'll find 2 charming outdoor spaces on both levels (on top, a flourishing vegetable + herb garden with a grill and small seating area, and on lower level, a patio with lounge furniture, a swing chair, and a bbq smoker. The downstairs living space also features a Peloton bike that is great for filming fitness content.
We are on a quiet treelined street with brownstones all around, great for filming street scenes. 5th Avenue has a variety of coffeeshops and restaurants, and we are close to a park and playground where the historical Old Stone House sits. 10 min walk from Prospect Park and easy to get to via the R, F, G trains, and a 15 min walk from Barclays. Street parking is usually available right outside or at most 1-2 blocks away.
