Our home has the true spirit of an old Florida home, with the a relaxed coastal/bohemian vibe ;)
We have a huge patio breezeway that is the "walk into" the house but set up as an outside living room with rattan couches and chairs, and nautical decor with contemporary touches.
This is the first time I am trying to describe my home... feels weird. I guess we don't have a "cookie cutter" look, but we sure have a space that is super welcoming and cool - we are the official "country club" of our friends -revolving door every weekend!
HUGE back yard, we have one of the few lots in Pinecrest that is a perfect rectangle acre, with a massive green lawn with 4 old oak trees and 2 gazebos - a large deck that steps into the lawn and bistro lights for lighting at night.
My husband is a Florida guy, born and raised in this neighborhood - super outdoorsy - we have a TON of outdoor gear that can also be available for props ;) From dive tanks to paddle boards, dirt bikes, and ALL sorts of boating and sailing gear.
