Welcome to Venice Beach of Ontario- Lagoon City located in Brechin, ON about 1.5 hour drive from Greater Toronto Area. This lagoon backing cottage is newly renovated (2018). It is a large home with a bountiful backyard with plenty of space to meet all your set & production needs. It is the perfect spot to enjoy all the comforts of your own home (even if you're working!) with a breathtaking view of the mature greenery and water from every angle at the back of the house.
This house boasts a brand new kitchen and appliances to use that will make cooking meals an enjoyable and easy occasion with ample dinnerware for your convenience. Directly off the kitchen is the deck with access to a new BBQ and hot tub with a swim up bar height counter. You can choose to enjoy the lagoon view from the deck or right up to the water edge. Hobby fishing right off the edge in the early morning and late evening is possible. The great room is home to high ceilings, fireplace and built in shelving that flanks a large window with plenty of nature light. Unique to this space are the private balconies in each bedroom that allows for some fresh air or to enjoy a quiet moment. Double garage for storage or workspace and a large bunkie that can be converted to any of your needs is available.
Home is available year round with a large amount of flexibility to work with your needs. Please do refrain from wearing shoes in the house and no smoking indoors. Thank you.
Daily rate is based on:
-A 12 hour day
-A cast and crew size of 12-15 people (TBD)
-Daytime hours only between 7:00am to 9:00pm
-Use of all spaces described in the listing
