The Seacliff is a unique property situated on a cliff with breathtaking views from the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and deck.
Imagine yourself taking a dip in your own pool after a long walk on the private beach. We have beautiful and lush greenery and many chill zones that invite you to sit back and relax.
The house is very airy and bright with central air. We have a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience, as well as an outdoor bar and grill.
This house is very special to us and we paid attention to all the little details. We love coming here and we leave every time a little bit happier and more relaxed. The house was just updated and everything is in great condition.
Stairs to the beach are right next to the house. The beach is very typical for the Long Island sound with a mix of sand and rocks & shells closer to the water.
Parking on premises for 5 cars.
We are situated less than 10 minutes from Port Jefferson and the LIRR. We also like to consider the Seacliff as the gateway to the Northfork, which offers a plethora of things to do. The house is approximately 65 miles from Manhattan. You can travel either by car (1.5h from Manhattan's West side) or take the Long Island railroad from Penn Station to Port Jefferson.
