Our home was built in 1871 in the Victorian Italianate style. All original detailing are intact within all rooms which are elegantly designed with antique furnishings and beautiful draperies. Renovations have extended the space to over 6000 sq. ft with many upgrades and extensive landscaping on the entire property keeping in line with the heritage design of the property. A large sunroom overlooks vintage statues and beautiful gardens surrounding the courtyard.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
