This space is a hidden gem for photographers looking for an ideal photo/film shoots, productions, and off-sites. It is decorated with custom-made furniture and equipped with all amenities listed, and the people in the area are some of the friendliest, most welcoming people you'll meet.
This space is located in a prime area directly across the Weylin, and neighbors to Peter Leuger's. Nearby are multiple bars, trendy restaurants and cafes, the Williamsburg bridge, public parks and social spaces. It is easily accessible by car and there is available street parking and parking lots nearby. The bus station is a few feet away, and the most convenient trains (M/J service) is 3 blocks away.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
