This three story Victorian is located in the middle of a lovely tree-lined block (with a large oak tree directly in front of the house), on a busy city street. There are small front, side and back yards, with a large private driveway area that can house 8 cars (or a combination of trucks and cars). With the exception of street traffic, the area is fairly quiet and wildlife make periodic appearances (deer, fox, rabbit, etc.).
The house can be considered a traditional family home; it could feature antique or vintage furnishings, but could also accept a somewhat more modern approach. There are lovely original fine wood and plaster details, along with multiple fireplaces, vintage-style wallpaper and hardwood floors.
There are five bedrooms with four moderately sized full bathrooms. There are two kitchen areas, one small and one medium size.
No smoking in any interior space please. An unfinished basement area is also available.
