Our beautiful studio has 20 ft high ceilings, large north and east facing windows with one centered with the iconic clock in the middle, allowing natural light to fill the space.
The 1,500 sq. ft. space allows for any type of creative shoot and prep space all in one location. Housed within a former bank, the original column molding adds a creative touch to the immense white space.
We have production equipment available for rentals and discounts available for full-day commitments.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
