This extra wide home boasts 9 foot high ceilings and is around 3,000 sq feet in size! A white gourmet kitchen with large floor to ceiling windows in there back bringing in lots of natural light throughout the day. The spacious, and cozy living room has neutral decor and furniture with a modern gas fireplace and lots of shelves. This home has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. One boys room and a girly girl room with a feature wall of gold stars and a gold moon!
There is a large Playroom or guest bedroom in the basement that can be transformed into a change or makeup room for a commercial shoot. There is a custom bar in the basement with large quartz countertop for one to play bartender in or used as an area for the clients or actors in tv/movies. Lots of open space to accommodate your needs!

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
