Our unique and beautiful home wants to be in the movies. It’s a private landscaped multi-level craftsman with cedar siding sitting on .87 acres in the Town of Southampton (the Hamptons) on the east end of Long Island, N.Y. It is ringed by woods lending to complete privacy. In addition to the features described, there’s hardwood floors throughout, numerous double story windows in the living room with 30’ raftered ceilings (feels as if we’re living on a ship), 4 chandeliers and 2 fans. Large center island kitchen and the dining room seats 20pp leading to a large lighted 2-fan porch. There is a dramatic staircase leading to a spacious MB suite perfect for descending during a wedding to the living room. There are wall mounted TV’s in every room. The basement boasts a pool table, ping pong table and a 4-person steam room and full bathroom. Adjacent to the foregoing finished lower level is a huge clean unfinished room with a 15’ long spooky alcove and hiding places. There’s an in ground pool, outdoor shower, hot tub and built in Bbq surrounded by multi level cedar decking and wide outdoor staircase leading to the lower level. We can arrange for an immediate showing upon request and can be ready for a shoot within 24 hours. Productions must carry property insurance. No special permits for filming are required.
