This is a beautiful custom estate type 25 acre horse farm with hiking trails, pond,

The house’s decor is primarily western, country, rustic themed with the exception of the brand new modern Kitchen with black high shine cupboards and brown concrete counters. We have a bear skin rug as well as lots other fur if needed to use for props.
It All can easily be reconfigured/taken down for your production.
You will have the use of the whole property- Kitchen/ guests rooms etc. just let me know what parts you need. there is a large heated garage that can be used for equipment in the winter
We also have an outdoor secure parking storage facility for 10 vehicles to park.
