Entering this 3,070 sq ft, 4 bed / 3.25 bath fantasy home is like going back in time. It’s a nostalgic vintage wonderland with exteriors boasting mature topiary hedges, a classic symmetrical pool and a lion fountain.
At the moment, the living room is minimally furnished and can be dressed as needed. The living room includes a large grey/white stone gas fireplace and a wet bar. Vintage kitchen tiles and a tulip dining set. Chandeliers and crystal knobs throughout the home, 2 jack & jill bathrooms, one with funky mylar foiled wallpaper. The master bedroom has a heavenly sunken tub.
Plenty of random vintage props throughout the home. Vintage Playboys, oversized pink stuffed animals, an amazing pink fringe patio umbrella, pink bathroom vanity props, vintage marabou robe, martini glasses, pink pill bottles, pink faux fur rug, small Playboy neon light, & inflatable flamingos in the pool.
The garage has two motorcycles. One 2014 Triumph Bonneville and one 1977 Harley Ironhead Chopper. Please inquire for hourly rates.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Northridge only 30 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, there is parking on-site for 8-10 vehicles, and plenty of options for extra parking nearby.
