This stunning single family house has a homely feel. Nestled in a great mature community this modern home has all the amenities. We have decorated it to our taste with mid-century modern accents and modern art work. It has 3 bedrooms (Master, child's room/ nursery with crib and spare room which a Murphy bed), 4 bathrooms, finished basement, combined kitchen/living room area and dining and family room. Well maintained back yard with patio set and standing umbrella.
Its is a very flexible and spacious layout and you will have access to the entire house. Ample storage space in garage as it sits empty. We do not have any special rules other then the floors be covered in areas where equipment is being used.
There is flexibility in pricing, if you are looking at a long term rental we have the flexibility to re-locate for an extended period of time and this can be negotiated. Also if you would like more detailed photos please advise and I would be more than happy to share. If you need a baby extra we have a 22 month old baby girl.
