More than 1 acre of land in North Miami with lush tropical landscape, heated swimming pool, airstreams (RV), a tree house, hammocks, a work out area aka Jungle Gym. The property was formerly a tree nursery, so there are some really unusual palm trees with wild shapes and sizes. Its beautiful during the day and even more special at night under the stars. Our location is very private, great for a photo shoot, video shoot, music video, yoga and events.
Main house (white building) is not for rent. Only outdoors, pool area, 2 airstreams and a tree house (studio with a queen bed, bathroom/shower and a small terrace).
1000 Palms Hideout is also ideally suited for groups up to 150 people to celebrate special occasions. The gardens, hammocks, hand carved wood furniture, swings, pool, ping-pong table and even a hand-made sew-saw offer amazing spaces for parties, weddings, photographers, retreats etc. 1000 Palms Hideout is a beautiful secret garden in the best destination in Florida.
Property is central and convenient to all areas of Miami. Wynwood (3.5 miles away), Design district (2.5 miles) , midtown (3 miles), beaches (5.5 miles) , Aventura (3 miles), Brickell (5 miles).

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
