The house lies on a mull at 700 meters of the village of Tholaria surrounded by hills and a deep blue sky, with a view on the windmills and a view on the sea. The white washed house shines in the sun from dawn to sunset providing millions of light effects. The architecture shelters a patio with it's pomegrenate tree covered in flowers or fruit. You access the house in a large kitchen/living area with a large chimney in the center. Two connected rooms on the ground floor with a bathroom. Three bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and verandas.
Electricity is provided by the sun only and the water tanks are filled by winter rains. The house lies on a 7000 sqm property covered with flowers including a lavandar and rosemarin field.
Access to the house is a drivable dirt road and there is a reasonnably large parking area.
