The outdoor space is comprised of 3 landscaped acres with fruit trees, a vegetable garden and cottage flower gardens. There is also an outdoor pond, a stone fireplace, and an architectural garden structure.
The property is located across the road from a lake and within 2-6 miles of golf courses, hiking, biking, and ski trails and the Christmas Card town of Elkhorn, which is so named because it has been featured on Hallmark Christmas cards.
