Less than 2 minutes from a private golf course and scenic hiking trails.
Plenty of parking on street for vehicles, and additional parking available at local park which is located a 1 minute walk away from property.
Property is available for rent at any time and and duration; on short notice if required.
Family dog is on premises, however, if property is rented owners will ensure dog is offsite while work crews are present and filming is happening.
No smoking inside residence (outside is okay)
