This is a jewel of 1894 national registered historical home located at University City, Philadelphia. You will be impressed at first glance by the blue/purple painted exterior. The front one bedroom apartment on the first floor is currently being used for air BnB and VRBO (vacation rental). It has been used for a local film production in 2017. Owner welcomes new opportunities in filming, commercial, printing, TV, advertisement, etc. Owner is flexible in scheduling and no need to compensate owner’s living location. Parking is street parking with no time limit. If special parking needed, owner can assist in permit application with city.
This is 500 sq ft apartment. All furniture are removal, except breakfast nook, which can be removed with extra labor. There is a side and backyard for installing equipment. It is a quiet area. Space in basement is available for equipment as well.
Inside the apartment there are a floor-to-ceiling arch window, two bay windows, pocket door, tall ceiling, sufficient light, and a full bathroom and kitchen for crew to use.
