Victoria at Carpen is a traditional two-story brick townhouse that was built in 1920. Its exterior remains consistent with other row houses. It locates in a highly demanded residential neighborhood. However its interior has recently been changed to modern/contemporary style. It is currently being used for air BnB and HomeAway/VRBO (vacation rental). This house has three bedroom suites including finished basement that can be used by crew for overnight stays. Owner has other air bnb in the region if needed. A charm and cozy backyard provides precious outdoor space for production or relaxing. Owner welcomes new opportunities in filming, commercial, printing, TV, advertisement, etc. Owner is flexible in scheduling and no need to compensate owner’s living location. Parking is street parking with no time limit. If special parking needed, owner can assist in finding a parking lot one block away or permit application with the city authority.
House has about 1,250 sq ft area. All furniture are removal, except hooked washer/dryer in living room, which can be moved with extra labor. Three full bathrooms and contemporary kitchen are available for production or crew to use. Look forward to working with you.
