In contrast to exterior, interior has recently been changed to modern/contemporary style. This house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and basement. A charm and cozy backyard provides precious outdoor space. It is currently being used for air BnB and VRBO (vacation rental). This townhouse has been used for a commercial ad production in 2017. Owner welcomes new opportunities in filming, commercial, printing, TV, advertisement, etc. Owner is flexible in scheduling and no need to compensate owner’s living location. Parking is street parking with no time limit. If special parking needed, owner can assist in permit application with the city authority.
House has a 780 sq ft living area. All furniture are removal. Two bedrooms, kitchen and two bathrooms are available for production or crew to use or overnight stays. Owner has other air bnb to accommodate crew if needed.
