Our home is a solid 110-year-old home with some original woodwork throughout. Located in walking distance from the St Lawrance River and Locks. Our home is one of many that was moved in the 1950's one mile back from the river. In order to make way for the Seaway Project. you can still see the old roads before they flooded the town. This home has tons of charm. Grab a few chairs and sit at the end of the laneway and watch the ships go by.
We are able to leave the house to allow for projects
No smoking in the home, unless its part of the production
Painting, renovations and modifications are allowed.
Our town features a Motel, Grocery store, boat launch, beach and a biplane runway and yes all of it is still in walking distance of our home.
Second location 8 min away feature 2 acres backing onto cornfields. Pictures avail.Gorgeous Sunsets.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
