House is smoke and drug free. Availabilites all year-round, week days and week-ends. Maintenance man available during shoots to assist the crew. Please send your request at least a week in advance. No shows-up without prior approval.
Pricing is 1000$ CAD per day. Open to negotiations for week price or special projects. Hourly rate is also possible. Feel free to reach out anytime, we are looking forward to bringing your projects to life!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
