A fully detached, 2-storey single family home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a fully finished basement. There is dark, maple hardwood flooring througout with limestone floors in the main hallway and kitchen and ceramics in the bathrooms and laundry. Kitchen and family room are open concept. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, maple cabinets that are a cognac/brownish colour. The family room has a soaring 20 foot ceiling with double windows and a gorgeous wall to wall built-in entertainment unit with a flat screen tv. The main and second floors have crown-moulding througout, oversized baseboards, as well as large door and window casings. The dining room at the front of the house has 3 palladium-style windows with beautiful trim around them. The basement is fully finished with dark, laminate floors, a bathroom and TV area (man cave). The front of the house has 2 single brown garage doors, a matching brown front door with flagstone landings, steps and wrought-iron railing. The brown on the doors is deep and very rich-looking. Smoking and pets would be definitely prohibited. We would prefer as little number of vehicles as possible as we do not want to disturb the neighbours on the street. After each shoot, we would want the house put back exactly as is. We would prefer that shoots be wrapped up by 6pm during the school year, but this is negotiable. We would prefer that the second floor not be used, but this is also negotiable.
