Osprey Acres sits on 3 acres in the community of Plain located in the Cascade Mountains near Leavenworth, WA. It is adjacent to the Wenatchee National Forest with varied terrain that includes mature forest, fields and rolling hills.
This newly completed house is mountain modern style with reclaimed barn wood floors throughout, and includes two standalone apartments in addition to the main house.
There is a seasonal irrigation stream running through the property, a scenic bridge, ample decks and stellar views in all directions. The house is very private and surrounded by forest. It features large sliding glass doors, lots of windows, fireplace, high ceilings with exposed wood beams, a hot tub, and a soaker tub.
The main house is 2,000 sq. ft. with a 600 sq. ft. apartment above the garage. During winter there is consistently several feet of snow on the ground and summers are hot and sunny. Osprey Acres is about 2 hours from Seattle and 25 minutes from Bavarian Leavenworth.
