The Lake House on Dale Hollow is one of just a handful of privately owned waterfront homes, and only one available for rent on the 620 miles of shoreline bordering Tennessee and Kentucky. Referred to as the Crown Jewel of Dale Hollow, you can enjoy your own private beach just steps from the lake, and beautiful lake views.
This two bedroom, two full bathroom, 1,600 sq ft. home includes a large wrap-around 1,360 sq ft. deck/porch just steps from the water's edge, and features a 6-person hot tub overlooking the lake. Listen to your favorite music both indoors and out with a high-quality stereo system that can be controlled from the kitchen, living area, and patio or via bluetooth. Movies are enjoyed on a large flat screen TV with multiple speaker sound. Additional amenities include a heated outdoor shower, a barbeque, heat and air-conditioning, and wireless, high-speed Internet.
About the Area:
The immediate area is very private and quiet. Guests enjoy scenic walks along the shore, with frequent sightings of eagles, owls, and other wildlife being a highlight. A paved boat launch is conveniently located only a few minutes walk down the road. Canoeing, boating, kayaking and an array of water sports are just steps off your front porch.
Dale Hollow lake is considered the most beautiful lake in the state of Tennessee. It holds the world record small mouth bass, 11 lbs 15 oz, and was voted the number one houseboating lake in North America by Pickaslip.
