Affordable Rental Location for all types of productions
1) Caretaker onsite. Caretaker can clear out room if needed for filming.
2) Owner is very flexible with props inside and outside of the property
3) Ok to leave props on property overnight if needed. If longer talk to owner
4) Ok to park RV's overnight if needed (back yard is very big)
5) Ok to sleep inside the house and in RV's overnight. Talk to owner about extended stay if needed.
6) Central air and heat
7) Alarm system available and can assign a temporary code if needed
8) Smoking allowed outside of the house only.
9) I will be putting a refrigerator, washer & dryer in the home. Feel free to use them.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
