This home is a production sets' dream. Lots of storage (owners do not have a lot of 'stuff'), lots of parking right in front of the home on its own property, wifi, and not many restrictions!
Living areas are exquisitely decorated with a mix of mid-century modern with a bohemian laid back vibe. Home office is a large space with lots of windows and natural sunlight. Large dining room with a table that can accommodate 10 comfortably. Large kitchen with vaulted ceilings and large island. Adjacent sunroom with massive windows and tons of natural sunlight, with gas fireplace. Large property has lots of outdoor green spaces.
Furniture can be moved or rearranged to meet the needs of the project.
Owners are extremely laid back and will allow for lots of flexibility. Available year round.
Only rule is that smoking is not allowed inside the house.
House is available for $1,500 daily. Owners are happy to negotiate competitive pricing if location will be needed for several days.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
