This beautiful home, set up high overlooking Nita Lake below, is build to resemble a French Chateau. The Incredible stone exterior, is second to none in these parts. A Billionaire’s resort home, secluded with a 5 acre steep tree covered lot. The property spans a 1000ft along the lake. Currently a winter wonderland up here with piles of snow covering the two sets of Gateways that enter into the property.
3 full kitchens: 2 in the main house, 1 in the Coach house. A bridge separates the master bedroom, and bathroom from the rest of the house. The front door is Grand 6 inch think solid piece of oak that is 9 ft tall. The back of the house which overlooks the lake has a custom stone inlayed hot tub, sitting in the middle of a flagstone cantalevered porch which is surrounded by a rod iron railing. The house has a warmth to its interior, the Golden creamy colored walls and large red drapes.
Even after 18 years the beauty of this house still astounds me.
