The total living area is approx. 6500 sq. feet featuring a gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms, plus two guest suites each with luxury washrooms with steam showers, rec room, media area and wine cellar. Attached to the house is a luxurious guest suite with its own kitchen, living and dining area, large washroom, laundry, and built in desk. Also on the property you can find a detached guest suite with a half kitchen and own washroom.
Right outside the property is an extensive walking and hiking trail network for all levels right at your doorstep. Unlike other areas of British Columbia, there are no bears on the Island so feel free to hike around the Island's rainforest or climb to the Islands peak with ease! In the winter you can ice skate on Josephine Lake at the back of the property!
This private sanctuary is an 18-minute ferry ride from Vancouver with regular ferry service or you can also hire a private water taxi to and from downtown Vancouver. It is easy access to the sea-to-sky highway and Whistler. Right on the Island are local Island restaurants, pubs, artisans, farmers market, organic foods, golfing, beaches, kayaking, boating and Marina.
