Dope ass live work space available for film, music videos, vlogs or whatever. 6 windows in total in the space and their all east facing so morning lot is amazing on film. Lots of African art and mini statues throughout. Everything is moveable*
Second space is the fire escape that's rarely used. Its all cement in color with some white walls. There are four floors total to shoot in.
Third space is the basement. Apartments are done there as well as a laundry room but its still dark and creepy overall.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
