Corner lot so no obstruction to neighbours. Right across the Holiday Inn & Suites hotel (has been used for many shoots in the past) that is owned by the same company as the property so can share parking. 6000 sq ft floor area with 7100 lot area. Shell space without any furnishing for convenience to customize sets. Smaller rooms on the ground floor can be used for sleeping/dining or makeup room zones for long hours of shooting. All features are changeable as per the productions request

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
