Come film at our wonderful family home in the mountains! Enjoy the privacy of almost 5 acres of wooded forest, a soothing creek running through the land and lots of hiking opportunities. Yet, the house is only a 3 minute drive from Hunter Mountain Ski Resort (with view of the mountain and ski trails from the front yard), and a 5 min drive from the village. This 1860s home has a bit of history, as Mayor John F. Hylan who served in New York in the early 1900s was born in this home; famed songwriter and lyricist Kermit Goell also called this wonderful place home. The house was also featured on the 1989 Christmas edition of Better Homes and Gardens as the quintessential Grandma's country home.
