Hand selected from top to bottom, the space sells art by masters like Andy Warhol and contemporary artists like CJ Hendry, Daniel Arsham, The Suited Racer, and local-favorite Mijares. Also on sale are timeless vintage furniture pieces including hanging lamps that were sourced from an insane asylum in Chicago and Parisian street lights, theatre seats from a Naval Military Base and an antique bakers display case. A truly unique experience, this is the perfect destination for a meeting, to work out of, shop one-of-a-kind pieces or enjoying a freshly brewed coffee and artisanal croissant.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
