This 5 acre piece of property located in Clinton Wa is a sanctuary one hour from the big city of Seattle. Drive north, hope on a 15 minute ferry and find yourself on Whidbey Island with it's small town vibes. Our property is all wide open with 9 alpacas grazing grass and chickens rotating across the land. We have two ponds flowing through the property and over 20 kinds of different fruit and nut trees. We have a 20 foot diameter teepee. The land looks over the Maxwelton watershed and there are no homes in sight for all the miles you can see. Bald eagles fly over head, ducks visit our ponds, Blue heron join in too, the property is teaming with wildlife. Listen to the owls and coyotes at night. Far from any city there is less light saturation which leaves the sky absolutely vibrant at night. The energy of this land is sacred and we maintain it on a vibrational level.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
