Hi there! My home is an updated colonial with a transitional style - there is a spacious updated kitchen that is open to an dining area (the table is lightweight and can be removed to accommodate production equipment and staff) and an open living room with a traditional fireplace and mantel. There are alot of windows in this home, with the light maximized in the kitchen, living room, and master bathroom for the majority of the day. There is slate tile throughout the entrance of the home and the mudroom/laundry combination which is large enough to accommodate a crew. The master bedroom and bath are also available and both are large enough for filming. Can't find the perfect space? There are areas of my home that are not yet updated and offer a blank space for you to finish as needed for your production! The rest of the home is finished in a neutral color palette with neutral transitional furniture. There is an expansive deck and yard with lawn and woods. Deck offers a unique shape that has space for filming. I have some experience working with film production, I am easy to work with and take seriously any preparation requests, deadlines, etc. to keep your project on track. Thanks for looking!
