This is a stunning Victorian House from 1825.
I bought it and restored it preserving the original details. High ceilings, original wood, 1820 Italian and French tiles, victorian bathtubs, large impressive windows and more.
this house is a jewel. Every single detail here goes accordingly to the Victorian style. the furniture in the living room and dinning room is 200 year old French and German.
the 5 bedrooms are all different. Very large with stunning windows. there is an office as well.
the bathrooms have victorian bathtubs and original crafted windows.
The kitchen is my favorite place in the whole house. Wooden beams, exposed brick, beautiful windows. it is a place for writers to work and get inspired.
the house is located in the Upenn area and in a Victorian neighborhood. Trolley is a block from the house and takes you directly to center city in less than 10 minutes.
