Parked on the Toronto Island Marina, this fun tug boat can be easily relocated to the main land, to aid with transferring gear from vehicles.
Originally built in Ontario with custom-made cabin and helm areas, built by original owner.
All natural wood interior, with many compartments. The live-in space includes kitchen, bathroom, and one private sleeping area, with features in the sofas that can double as extra sleeping areas (see description below).
Boat specs are as follows:
At 1,900 RPM the boat cruises at about 7 knots on the GPS ... using about 3/4 gallons of diesel fuel per hour. The boat can carry up to 100 gallons of diesel fuel, 50 gallons of fresh water and 100 liters in the holding bladder.
The boat can sleep 7: 1 queen bed, 1 single berth, 1 double sofa and one smaller double berth. The Optimus cooker (oven) burns natural gas, the boat has a Nova Cool fridge, new upholstery in 2014, 1 new battery 2015, 2 new batteries 2014, new engine water pump 2015, new "house" water pump 2014, a new toilet installed in 2014, the transmission was rebuilt in 2013, new impeller and thermostat 2015, new rear canopy 2013 and the lighting was upgraded to LED lighting in 2014.
