This ground level 1,700 ft² space boasts soaring 24' ceilings, 2 beautiful private rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is beautifully renovated and has gorgeous lighting and ambiance.
We successfully hosted numerous major networks including CNN, ABC, CBS, Daily Show, documentary and motion picture film shoots, promotional video, photo and even immersive theater productions and art exhibits, private events and much much more.
We offer beautiful furniture including tables, chairs, artwork, decorative elements, screen, projector, and high speed WIFI.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
