A beautiful, modern,coastal/farmhouse kitchen, with a dining table that fits 10 people, opens up to sitting room filled with sun and a large sliding glass door that opens all the way into the wall. There is no obstruction to the view.
There is also a billiards room complete with a slate pool table, modern chandelier and a tv mounted above the fireplace facing the water!
Also downstairs is a tv room with a large leather sectional, an office with built in desks and a half bathroom.
Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms - with 2 of the bedrooms overlooking the water.
On the third floor is a loft-like room with excerise equipment.
