The site has plenty of parking, electricity, natural gas, water etc... Being close to the city, also allows for quick runs to pick up items in town. 20 min ride to the airport and all city amenities.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
