The property has 3 levels.
From street level, one flight up, is the top level, it has a guest powder room the main bedroom and ensuite, lounge, kitchen the dining. We went with cluter free and lots of open space
The middle level sits a little below street level and has 2x 2 bedroom self contained apartments, each with their own entrance.
The lower level has a double garage and a cinema room. There are two driveways, one on each side of the house, they wrap around the house to the large back yard.
The views on clear days, go from Port Phillip Bay to the outline of Melbourne city all along the coast to Queenscliff across to Sorrento over to Bass Strait and all the peninsula in between.
Some of the diversity and veriety of views during the ever-changing Melbourne weather, during all seasons, are the amaizing sunsets, seing storms approaching, the electrical storms are always unique.
